GUARANTEED QUALITY OF SERVICE:
We have been developing the training and test centre for the past 7 years and have undergone rigorous auditing and monitoring by the Construction Awards Alliance to ensure our services are to the standards required by the Qualifications and curriculum Authority (QCA). The QCA is a non-departmental public body, sponsored by the Department for Education and Skills (DfES). It is governed by a board whose members are appointed by the Secretary of State for Education and Skills, and managed on a day to day basis by an executive team.We have developed a centre portfolio that includes all necessary policies, procedures and documentation that are required to run a training centre and we are constantly reviewing and changing these to maintain good practice. There are many regulations that we have to adhere to and we are monitored every 6 months by the Construction Awards Alliance to ensure we maintain our current standards. We have an Internal Verifier that conducts regular sampling and monitoring of our assessments and training.
These procedures, as well as our own extensive quality assurance procedures, are put in place to make sure that YOU receive the very best service from US.
